My offer was cancelled by them without an explanation as to why. I asked if there was an issue with inspection and did not get a reply.
The entire process was real easy. They did everything for you. Had a issue with my title. Landmark Title were amazing in making things work. Signed Escrow and I got paid the next day.
As a Realtor, I expect the terms of a contract to be followed as written, agreed to and signed. Every term of this contract came in to question during processing. Almost every term was changed. Would not do business with this company again.
