Company wasn't able to perform the service requested, but charged me $275 anyway. They told me they would include a quote for future repairs and refund me my service fee since they couldn't perform the work. Neither every happened despite numerous requests. Totally ghosted me.
Steven was verry knowledgeable and helpful. Response time was speedy and he swapped out my water heater with no problems at all despite how the previous people despite how the previous people rigged it
Stephen was prompt and got the job done. Fast plumbing has fixed both sinks in our house and has always done a great job.
