I had a main line water leak that was flooding the water meter box and would have started flooding the front yard if I didn't shut down the main switch. My water heater was installed by Fast Plumbing and still under warranty, but it stopped working. They came and adjusted the thermostat. And they charged me $275 which was not mentioned until it's fixed, I thought it was covered by the warranty. If you are looking for a responsible plumber for your new water heater, please avoid them.
