Called to get a price on a part I desperately need (which is more than likely on the shelf). Was told they don’t sell to general public, need to send in a credit application and have a charge account created in order to buy parts. Since when did that become a thing for Ford Fast Parts? Nothing on their website that I found, states such a thing.
