They didn't have any pee cups for the urine testing. I had to go and wait at another location to do my urine analysis.
I genuinely liked the providers, and I was on the right path with my treatment. Unfortunately, the new front desk lady soured my experience. She was loudly talking to other patients about their past due balances on X dates, and then when it came to me, she wouldn’t let me see the provider until I paid an additional amount out of pocket when I had no co-pay and it wasn’t for a past due balance.
