I just moved here from AZ and needed to establish a PCP somewhere and on Google it had a 4.7 review which I have no idea how. I waited a month for my scheduled PCP appointment on 6/24/26 @ 10:45am and went in early did all my paperwork and sat down. They didn't have any pee cups for the urine testing. I had to go and wait at another location to do my urine analysis.
I genuinely liked the providers, and I was on the right path with my treatment. Unfortunately, the new front desk lady soured my experience. She was loudly talking to other patients about their past due balances on X dates, and then when it came to me, she wouldn’t let me see the provider until I paid an additional amount out of pocket when I had no co-pay and it wasn’t for a past due balance.
