You can’t get a person to answer the phone and the one time I got sent to centralized scheduling she disconnected me when she claimed she was transferring me to the Shelbyville, TN location. I only wanted to know if there was an X-ray tech there today before I made an appointment and sat there forever waiting! Will never return!

Went to this location as a referral from the Tullahoma office to see the Orthopedic Physician for a possible rotator cuff injury. Visit was fine BUT I still do not have my prescription called in and have left 3 messages now with NO call back or action on their end.
Anytime me and my family have been to any fast pace here and tullahoma when we’ve been sick the last few years they look you dead in your face and say your not sick and won’t help you. You waste a co pay and any other bill to get no help. Go to a real dr
Paperwork was easy to complete. Saw the medical expert very quickly All the staff was very nice My concerns were addressed and a resolution was determined “Fast” isn’t just a name-it’s a definition of the services provided.
