I have been to this place twice now. Great staff. They are very nice and friendly, get you in and out quickly. They took great care while addressing my issues. Once exam was over they made sure I got instructions on aftercare.
Able to schedule an appointment online with multiple timeslots to choose scheduling was easy. Actually arrived an hour early and they went ahead and seen me check-in. Staff was very pleasant. Reviewed my information with very little White I was called back and the doctor came in within two or three minutes. She was friendly kind. Treated me with respect. Listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone need treatment.
Wife went for a back issue and they told her to come back in a few days to check in. She was told there wouldn’t be a 2nd bill. Welp she goes a 2nd time he asks if she’s feeling better she says yes and is out in 1 minute. What a surprise, they bill for the same price as the initial visit. When she called to dispute she was told “the charge is the charge and that’s policy.” Dishonest and greedy just like most healthcare unfortunately.
