The best oil change place ever I will never go any place else as long as ray is there he was very polite walked me through everything and him and Owen worked really good together very professional I have been definitely recommending this place thank you ray and Owen keep up the good work

Caught them not about to change the oil filter. Then topped off my washer fluid with diluted solutiion so much that now its completely froze. New staff. Said they were the good staff. Epic fail
I will never go to the Livonia place again. Went in for an oil change (big sign on front window OIL CHANGE $19.99) was offered a few different things, we declined. They gave us the bill and it was for $81.00. I couldn't believe it. The receipt said they put synthetic oil in. WTF how do I know that? I didn't even know there was such a thing. Fortunately we had the money but left very upset! Maybe we should have bought some of things they were offering, then maybe I wouldn't think we got ripped off on purpose!
