My husband has been going here for years and years to service his car. We recently allowed this business to fix a very small ding in my windshield . When the worker started to work on my windshield it became a crack that kept spreading . I was assured that If it spread anymore they were liable to repair the damage and replace my windshield . About Two years ago they stripped out a screw on my engine cover and they were lying to me about oil filter changes has never been done since they script out the screw. Very disappointment paid for something and didn't get it. Don't go there. Are used to trust them. they broke my trust I will pay the extra money and go to the dealership and have my car taken care of. Sorry love day. I don't love you.
I have been going to loveday for years. I went there today and asked for a radiator flush. Their honesty told me I had one 2 years ago. This is why I go there. Very good service and honest.
My Dad always had his car's oil changed at Lovedays and I've continued with the tradition. I totally trust all the people there!!
