Won’t be a returning customer anymore. I used to be a loyal customer because they checked every box I could hope for in a quick service oil change location. Which were fast service, great prices, and no annoying up selling tactics. Just change my oil and let me be on my way. Now that they’ve gotten new ownership/management it is none of those things. I’d be in and out of the location in 10-15 minutes and pay $75. Now it’s constant upselling and over 30% increase in price. Might as well go to jiffy lube across the street now.

As someone who had oil changed here over the past 5 years. They have new employee and they started doing different procedure such as removing air filter and cabin filter as part of "Oil change". I was charged $108 with Cabin air filter when I declined both filter replacement as stated. I only came to get "Oil Changed" including "Oil filter" only. Came in today for an oil change this nice gentlemen I think his name was Tommy was so Nice and Polite got me in an out super fast very happy I found this place I would recommend to anyone who looking for an honest person an fast lube tech here is the to go to spot ask for Tommy
