As someone who had oil changed here over the past 5 years. They have new employee and they started doing different procedure such as removing air filter and cabin filter as part of "Oil change". I was charged $108 with Cabin air filter when I declined both filter replacement as stated. I only came to get "Oil Changed" including "Oil filter" only. Came in today for an oil change this nice gentlemen I think his name was Tommy was so Nice and Polite got me in an out super fast very happy I found this place I would recommend to anyone who looking for an honest person an fast lube tech here is the to go to spot ask for Tommy
I had my oil changed here about a dozen times over the last two years with no problems. When I got home from the last visit I noticed oil in my driveway. I took my car back here and they looked it over and said they couldn’t find why it was leaking. I took it to my mechanic and he found that the drain plug had been stripped and they used silicone to try to stop the leak.
