Great Service for 10 Years – Been taking Jeep Wrangler, Ford F150, Honda Civic, Mazda 3, Toyota 4 Runner, and I could go on. These guys do exactly what they say they will do, Service is excellent, professional and with out question the best I have experienced in North Carolina. Dishonest, Avoid Fast Lube – These folks do not keep their word. After having taken my Tundra there exclusively, even at high prices, for oil changes and inspections, I took it someplace else the most recent time. The other place informed me that the truck was missing bolts from its front plate sheild, which must be removed to change the oil. Fast lube personnel agreed to order and replace the bolts.. Jiffy Lube II – Hate Jiffy Lube, left them after 4 strikes. One oil pan replaced as they stripped the oil plug threads, oncw left gasket off oil filter, twice did not replace gasket on oil plug. Since then went to a dealers always. This one time I needed oil changed, this place was in the parking lot of my vet so I figured I would use them. When car delivered out front it was leaking oil.
