This business runs scams. Don’t fall for it. I have a 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic. I called for a price of a full synthetic oil change with filter. The person on the phone looked it up in their system and quoted me $89. 10 minutes later ai arrive and tell the attendant what I am there for. Was a great place before this new one came by, is a mess, motivation to do work is down the tubes. I need to find a new oil change place
I usually come here every year for my NC state inspection but this was my first time being helped by Gabby who was incredible. She took the time to explain some small issues with my car that would’ve failed my inspection and also explained and showed me some stuff to look out for in the future. I usually dislike going to any mechanic or auto shop because I am never explained what anything is in any detail but Gabby really helped me to not feel out of the loop. Definitely hoping I can see her again next time!
I have used this location for years. Six weeks ago, while being serviced, my windsheild was damaged. Their team admitted guilt and a call was made to a DM. I was told to repair the windsheidl and i would be reinbersed. I turned in the recipt $1366.67. After a week of no response, visited and was told that they are working on the claim. Another 2 weeks and still no response, so i visited again and was told the same thing. We are at 6 weeks and i still have not been paid, not even a phone call.
