I visited the Grease Monkey location on Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville for an oil and filter service on my Mercedes-Benz GLC 300. After pulling my vehicle into the bay, the technician removed the oil cap and then discovered they did not have the correct oil or filter needed to perform the service.
