Very pleased My husband called at 10am and needed a trailer hitch the same day. We got in at 1pm and out at 3pm- exactly what they told us. They spent extra time calling U-haul to ensure proper electrical wiring. Very pleased and we will be back again.
Cant Say Enough I can't say enough about the boys at Schilby's taking care of me. Another emergency on my part and they are there to fix my car. They are so good. Thank you Tim, Tom, Scott, Marvin, and all the boys in the back. You keep me running on the road.

Schilbys Tires keeps trying till they get it right Schilbys Tires is close to my house, so I brought my car there. They do more than just tires. The air conditioner on my Saturn was not working. They treated me like a dumb girl and I did not appreciate this at all. They said I needed freon, which they put in. after one day, there was hot air blowing from the vents. I took it back. Shilby's We love Shilby's. After having a bad experience at another automotive repair shop in Columbia, we decided to try Shilby's years ago. We haven't the need for another auto repair place now. We now have 2 teenager's driving and 4 cars so we could end up spending money on the cars, but we don't because Shilby's does such a good job maitaining our cars for us! Unbelievably Horrible Service! If I could, I would not even give this business a star! I took my car in to reattach a side mirror early Monday afternoon. They said that it would be about an hour and a half. They called back later to say that it would be about another hour and a half but that he would call when it was finished.
