Only place I will go Schilby's took care of a tire issue from another company when they would not get any money for the work. This is the only place I will take my cars in the future.
Thanks for being so great! Schilby's is the ONLY repair shop in Columbia I trust. You guys always are fair, honest and I have never had to bring a car back to fix a repair twice. Thanks for being so great!

Worst Customer Service Ever I had 4 almost brand new tires that needed to be put on my Ford Escort, plus the car needed an inspection. I made the mistake of taking my vehicle to Shilbys only because they were the only people that said they could get me in right away. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am and they said it would be done by 11 at the latest. I call back at 11 and they tell me it won't be done until 11:30, but for sure by noon. World Class Smashed the front driver wheel alignment into the back of the front fender. I managed to replace the lower control arm myself, but I needed to get the tire on a new wheel (bent the last one) and I needed the inner and outer tie rods replaced, a new alignment and the subframe re-positioned. Towed it back home... Then I called Schilby's! Yay! They were nice, cheap and very fast. No, they didn't fix my fender, because they are not a body shop. Schilby's failed to notice my warped rotors I went in to have my brake system inspected and repaired. The rotors where obviously warped or in dire need of turning or replacement. They just slapped new brake pads on and said I was good to go. They never mentioned anything to me about my rotors. I am not supposed to be the expert--they are. My family and I have almost wrecked twice and every time I attempt to slow down my vehicle over 40 mph the vehicle shakes violently and it keeps getting worse.
