I went in to purchase the car out right, no payment, no financing. They wanted to charge me a financing fee. For tags and tile, when I could have gotten the myself. Had me drive all the way from Baltimore to Hagerstown and then decided that I couldn’t take the car that day due to Mr bank not being able to wire the money until Tuesday due to it being a holiday weekend. I didn’t not like the service I received waiting around for hours for them to remove the tint and get the car Marilyn state inspected.
Do not buy a vehicle from this chop shop they sale cars and trucks with extensive damage such as trucks that were in floods /accidents and unfortunately I found out the hard way don’t let it happen to you at least have mechanic look over vehicle before you own it I just dropped $10.000 . Dollars in truck I bought a year and and 5 months ago on top of the other mechanical issues and rusted frame never felt so taken advantage of in my life so please save your money for a dealer that actually takes pride in their business I ass... read more
Deal responded pretty quickly. I think within a day or a day and a half. Was courteous in their responses. I didn’t have any continued interaction because my plan to buy a car changed, (due to factors on my end. Nothing about the car of dealer). I put four stars just because my interaction with as so limited I don’t think I can vote that strongly one way or another.
