Understaffed garage over promised and under delivered. John Ferguson at Fast Lane Auto took my car in for a significant restoration project (over $9K in parts and labor). While he completed the major deliverables he fell short in several areas. 1. Poor communication - billed me for more than $1,500 of unplanned parts/labor without ever calling me prior. 2.
