Be ware ! I keep getting more stuff than I thought. I have read bad reviews !! Lots of bad reports to BBB. I trying to find a phone number to reach them…. I want to stop anymore orders but I can’t ? There is never the same address on line as the one on there package. Very suspicious ? They better not be charging my Insurance… If anyone out there knows how to reach them in Brooklyn NY please let me know …. Post it on Facebook Save people from this scam !
I would rate no stars. This is a fraudulent company promising to send covid tests, bill your insurance, but NEVER deliver the kits. Taking advantage of the situation, needs to be shut down.
SCAM!!! BILLED 675.00 FOR "FREE COVID TESTS" BEWARE. RECEIVED BILL FROM MY INSURANCE CO. It was a poor copy of my insurance statements, logo was different. Hilarious but so sad. I'm calling AG's office.
SCAM. Please, stop sending me these so-called "Free" Covid-19 Home Test kits. Since, Fast Lab can not be reached, I, am giving you notice today to STOP sending above mentioned kits. They may be free to me, but you are billing my insurance!!!
