A few months ago, we hired Fast Forest to plant 6 large quality trees in our yard in hopes for a green canopy and a privacy barrier. The owner himself came to inspect the space and soil. He was right on time, knowledgable, courteous - an absolute pleasure to deal with. He recommended trees that he felt would do well in our soil conditions. His company quickly sent over a quote and we booked a planting date. I bought three trees from Fast Forest three years ago to create a privacy barrier, but despite following their care instructions, the trees are struggling. They’re so sparse you can see through them with the bottom half dead. They just keep getting worse each year. Even though Fast Forest has been friendly and responsive when I reached out, the problem persists. We had Fast Forest plant some mature trees for us and have been very happy with their service. One of the trees didn't do well and they've replaced it for us. Lucan and staff are professional and very nice to work with. They have always returned any emails in a timely manner. Our trees are beautiful and what we were hoping for! Thank you!
