I got my ring a romanos and needed it resized. I was recommended to Fast Fix by the the sales girl. I brought my ring there and it took them about an hour and the size was a little off. They asked for another 30 mins to resize it and it was perfect. I paid $50 for a gold diamond ring. to marie m. i would be yelling too if you tried to blame me for something i didnt do. i work in automotive repairs and people try to do that all the time. please stop being a diva.

I went down to get a ring resized. The ring was size 7.5 and needed to be size 5. They told us it would take an hour. We came back in an hour and it was still too big. They told us they'll fix it and that it will be 30 mins. We came back in an hour and they still said it would be 15 mins. We came back, the ring fit and we left. As we were gone we noticed that the ring was bent on the bottom and that one of the prongs that held the gem was completely melted away.
