Great Service, I have never had any problems when going in, the employees are very helpful and nice.

We went in this past Saturday and no one even recognized we were there. NOT busy (just a couple finishing up a purchase and my family of 6). Three employees were in the middle of store carrying on conversation. I was sitting at a counter with my 4 kids and husband and no one even came over to ask if I was helped, needed helped or If I wanted to look at something. Wont be returning . I rather go somewhere else to get my wedding ring fixed (same ring I bought almost 20 years ago from Helzberg).
My husband and daughters picked the most beautiful 20th Anniversary wedding set from your store. The staff is so attentive and kind. They always recognized me and my family anytime they saw us and would always offer to clean my rings and check the settings. Whenever I sent my rings for refurbishing, I always got it back in a timely manner. I'm really going to miss this staff, their professionalism, and knowledge. You all have set the bar high and I expect to find just as an amazing staff in TX.

Great Customer Service ! I Had a problem with my necklace and they replaced it didn't even ask any questions ! We will definitely buy more jewelry from Helzbergdiamonds !
