They did a great job repairing my favorite bracelet. It took about an hour and it came back beautifully. The staff was knowledgeable and very congenial. 😃
Little expensive but, they did a good job and were timely.
Been coming here for a few years to replace my Phillip Stein batteries. Went in last week for replacement, as the watch had been losing time. They tested the batteries and they were fine. They had their repair person check it out for any problems, but it was good. After a good cleaning of the battery contacts it seems to be working perfectly.

Caroline the manager is wonderful! I needed a new watch battery and she endured it was quickly installed and I was on my way in 20 minutes!
