I've been at this storage facility for 6 years and I have never had a problem besides them raising the rent almost $150 over those years
I went to my storage unit and tried to open my unit but didn’t have the right key. I went back home picked up more miscellaneous keys and bolt cutters so I can get into my storage. When I went back to the storage, the owner was there. She noticed that I could not open the lock and ask if I came back with a key. I explained that I brought several keys with me hoping that one of them would work. She then said that if my keys don’t work, I cannot cut my own lock, on my unit with my belongings. So far this place has been a really great place. There's only 1 staff member who is at the location and is completely out of line. The other staff members are purely nice!! Very communicative and trying to even help the tenants as needed/ allowed!
