Hello to all I recently inherited a property in northeast Philly from my father who passed, my wife and I decided to sell the home and that when a close friend of the family connected me with Ed & Rocky. We had multiple people check out the property nobody was serious besides these guys, they came in they knew what they were looking at what they were talking about and made closing a breeze. 10/10 I would recommend these guys to anyone trying to sell a property
