Do Not recommend using them. They overcharged me by one dumpster, and said they refunded several security deposits which they did not. I have contacted them many times over a year and a half, with no action. BBB complaint 10605641 they refused to respond to and the BBB had to close the dispute un-answered. I have filed a formal complaint with the NJ Attorney General and am awaiting a response. Watch your self as they operate under multiple names. Rented a 30 yd dumpster on 7/21/14, and the lady on the other end of the phone told me that it would cost $450. Told me to sign a verification invoice through my email, which I did. Rcvd my dumpster the same day. Noticed that my credit card had two Fast Dumpster transactions, one for $450 and another for $300. Called the company back the same day, and spoke to the same lady again. I asked her what the second charge was for, and she stated, "Oh, it's a security deposit. This company is terrible!!! The service is poor and the response time is worst!!! As the owner of a contractor type of business, my requested dumpster was not delivered on time and I did not find out that it didn't reach my customer's location until I called fast dumpster. The dumpster was delivered the next day. We finished using the dumpster in 3 days, called to have it picked up 48 hours later.............TWO WEEKS LATER it was still sitting in the customer's driveway (even after multiple calls to fast dumpster with promi... read more

Tom and Scott are awful supervisors. This company is a nightmare. We ordered a 30 yard dumpster to be delivered and for two weeks it never showed up. Numerous phone calls between the company to only find out August 12th that they magically now couldn't deliver to our house. They took a $300 deposit (which I ended up fighting with the bank and winning). I originally placed the order for my dumpster on June 21st 2014. They took my money and deposit for the dumpster the same day and delivered it promptly on June 24th as requested. This part went smooth. I called on July 7th to have the dumpster picked up and it is now August 17th and they still haven't picked it up. Beware with this company. They have issues with alot of their dumpster vendors and the customer is the one that has to deal with it. This is not true, I received my dumpster on time, When it was late they did call and notify me of the hold up. I did what I had to do and they even came on a Saturday to remove it. I had to help them on here since they did take care of me.
