I walked in for my CDL DOT Medical Exam didn’t take me so long at all may be less than 45 minutes, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful so the doctor was he’s very quick doing the CDL DOT Medical Exam and pricing is $75 card and $65 cash somewhere else for that price you will wait the whole day. They will be moving to a new location at this address 6685 w. Beardsley rd ste 100 Glendale. AZ 85308, am glad I got their business card before they move out
The Doctor is thorough but doesn't throw up unnecessary roadblocks as long as you have your documentation. And as advertised, he gets you in and out pretty fast. I will definitely be back next year.
