I bought my sled in there today and was treated wonderfully. Bunch of nice guys and mine was a 2009 that I purchased. Excellent place to go for a sled new or used. Thanks Allan and Bubba for your hospitality.
I don't recommend these guys at all they're Liars. Allan steves son has a very bad attitude kept my sled for over 3 weeks never did anything to it wasted my time and my money. when I would talk to him on the phone he was very rude had no respect made me feel because my sled was a 2003 it was garbage! do not waste your time with these people!
I called FastCity on January 23, 2019 inquiring about a snowmobile mechanic. "Bubba" stated they would look at and fix my snowmobile, so I immediately drove it to FastCity 35 miles away. He told me when I got there that it would take one week to fix the shocks, sway bar, and choke. After a week, they stated it was supposed to be "One business week" which did not include weekends. Alan, Bubba, Josh, and Steve have always taken good care of us. They have went the extra mile more than once for us to get our sleds fixed or ready. Thanks guys!
I’ve bought four new machines there over the years and plan on buying the next one there also it’s the small dealer personal touch that’s sets them apart
