Fantastic brake service Took the 99 BMW 323i in b/c of brake indicator light - they inspected and replaced 2 brake pads, rotors, and sensors in 2 hours! much less than the dealership, and more service - they washed the car and tires, and topped our fluids for no extra charge! And they stuck to their estimate.... definitely going back.
Fast Autoworks: Don't do it. I am thoroughly disappointed in the way I have been mis-led. I have been bringing my vehicle in for maintenance at this shop now since I moved to the Pasadena/LA area.... the first service was perfect from what I could tell and every time after there always seemed to be something wrong w/ the vehicle, something xtra,....something more and that meant more money. I will never give Fast Auto my business or $ again. I am sickened by your unethical business practices!
The only way i can repay Fast Autoworks I have been taking my 2007 Lexus GS300 to them for as long as i can remember. Many mechanics like overcharging women but with Fast Autoworks they always make sure i understand what exactly is wrong and what i need to get it fixed for a great price! Think Twice My VW Jetta broke down on the 210 and Fast Autoworks was the nearest mechanic. I was told that it was probably my thermostat and the part would be in the next morning. I found a hotel and stayed the night and came back to the shop the next day around noon. The car was not done yet and I waited a bit. I was quoted $299 for the parts and labor. Pricey oil change, and drips I stopped by Fast Autoworks on 6.13.08 for an oil change. Tuan and Kevin were friendly and my Accord was taken in right away. After Kevin had done the work, Tuan handed me a bill of $37.85.
Fast AutoWorks Have been to Fast Autoworks twice in last couple of years. Both times had car back quick and done right. Very reasonable. Engine compartment was cleaner than when I left it! Will be going back. Kevin and Tuan are pros.
GRADE SS PERFORMANCE!!! I went to Fast Autoworks looking for full suspension for my Civic Hatch. and they got everything for me in less then a day. I have called them, and asked for the parts, and told me they can have the parts the next day. I didnt think they would have them in stock by the next day because there always busy. Satisfy Quality Service I wanted to let you guys know you did an amazing job on my suspension and steering. I only drive it 10-15 miles a week but I can definitely feel a difference in the overall smoothness and handling of the ride. Wouldn't go anywhere else!! I took my daughters Mazda 6 to them. They found the problem, fixed it right and on time for a very good price. They even cleaned the car. They checked out the entire car for me at no charge and did some things for free. They will get all my future auto repair business. I really feel that I can trust them to do good work at a fair price, that's hard to find these days. Keven was great!!
