We had issues with our outside AC unit. It tripped the breaker all of a sudden and kept tripping the breaker immediately every time I flipped the breaker. We thought it was a bad compressor at first. Jon was very respectful and knowledgeable and gave us good news for the time being. I will use him in the future. They were just out here today and they had found a dry rotted wire going to a case heater for the compressor. Someone previously had already disconnected it so they just deleted out the broken wires. Was having trouble lighting my pilot light on my water heater after replacing the thermocoupler. Jon walked me through all the things that could have been hindering me. He explained things in an easy to understand way and was very polite. With Jon’s help I was able to have hot water again
Was having issues with my furnace off and on for a couple years, paying another conpany to come in fix it and just leave.Jon was amazing, came in diagnosis the problem explained what was wrong and fixed it within a few minutes. Even took the time to tell me how to routine maintenance on it. Highly recommend
