Please do yourself a favor and do not use this business. I paid up front and was promised he would show up after being lied to several times. He left with the job incomplete and I have to pay someone to come fix his unfinished work. I had cash in hand and had cash in head to pay for a AC unit. Point of the matter is my furnace went out and Jon said he would be back to hook my AC compressor to the new furnace. I also asked for a recipe and never received one.
We had such a bad experience with this company and Jon the end of last year and even into the first of 2025 he came and collected our money. We gave him a large down payment and he lied to his continually never would show up never would call to reschedule or even called to let us know he wasn’t coming. Needless to say we found out that there are a lot of other people where he started a job and never finish it. Another company had to come in behind him and do it, which is what we had to do. Jon is a godsend literally came out within 40 minutes of me calling at 7 at night and fixed our air !!! Had the part in his truck and was done in 20 minutes couldn’t ask for better service!! Thanks Jon!!
We had issues with our outside AC unit. It tripped the breaker all of a sudden and kept tripping the breaker immediately every time I flipped the breaker. We thought it was a bad compressor at first. Jon was very respectful and knowledgeable and gave us good news for the time being. I will use him in the future. They were just out here today and they had found a dry rotted wire going to a case heater for the compressor. Someone previously had already disconnected it so they just deleted out the broken wires.
