Showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue and at a fair cost. Had us up and running in minutes during the hottest week of the year.
I gave Jon money up front for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. He finally delivered them, both do not have rebates because he purchased the cheaper units. I lost $2500 in rebates. He lied to me several times and wouldn't show up. I would never recommend him for any reason. Again he lies, won't show up and does not care about his actions.
Please do yourself a favor and do not use this business. I paid up front and was promised he would show up after being lied to several times. He left with the job incomplete and I have to pay someone to come fix his unfinished work. I had cash in hand and had cash in head to pay for a AC unit. Point of the matter is my furnace went out and Jon said he would be back to hook my AC compressor to the new furnace. I also asked for a recipe and never received one.
We had such a bad experience with this company and Jon the end of last year and even into the first of 2025 he came and collected our money. We gave him a large down payment and he lied to his continually never would show up never would call to reschedule or even called to let us know he wasn’t coming. Wonderful company and excellent service. Accommodated our needs within a very short notice. You need a good dependable HVAC guy in your life, and Jon is it! We will only be using him from now on.
