I can’t give enough praise to Fast Affordable. My A/C completely went out today and I was able to get a technician out same day. Nathan was amazing and was able to get my A/C back up and running within a hour. They have won over my business.
Jason, from Fast Affordable Air, just left my home. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, professional, and thorough. He told me exactly what I need to do to prolong the life of my 15 year old HVAC (made in 2011). I am impressed This is an employee, and a company, that actually helps customers save money. Call them. You will be glad you did.

The initial call with Sheyane was very pleasant. They let me know who was coming and the time frame. Sam came right on schedule. He was very professional and let me know what was going on and talked to me about my options. I can appreciate the transparency that way I’m not blind sided with costs in the end. Thank you to the team for excellent customer service and decorum.

Appointment was easy and Mike show up the next day. Mike arrived, looked at the house and the unit outside. Upon learning that one of the unit is cooling 2 floors he told me the Damper is broken without asking any other questions and told me it’s expensive to replace. I told him no there’s only 1 thermostat on 1 floor controlling the unit. I think I annoyed him by asking ... read more
