We had a rep come out and sale us on a verbal deal that included no cancellation fees. We had moved into a new development and there were many different companies trying to gain our business. We don't like contracts that include fee's because you never know what can happen and to pay for services we don't receive is nothing we want to do. We then called you at 4:21pm on 4/14/21 and went over what the service includes, price per service and cancellation fee if you decided to cancel before the year. Fast Action Pest Control sale representative made me sign a one-year agreement that I did not agree for. Basically, not reading the fine print. The young man knocked on our door for explaining their product for the spider and ant problems on our front yard and back yard. Fast Action Pest Control gave me an estimate that was over $11,000 more than an estimate from another company. Both estimates were for the same amount of work. Beware of this company. I wouldn't trust anything they say and I wouldn't trust them to do any work on my home.
CAS in Sacramento Overcharged for very minimal Service. DO NOT even engage with the rep who will talk you into signing a yearly contract. The deal, with missing important details unless you read the fine print: teaser initial treatment of $39.00, which is spraying the perimeter of your house and a brushing of cobwebs with a discount of $135.00 from the initial contract price of $174.00, then a monthly service for $39.00 which they will charge from your credit card every other month, at $78.00. A Fast Action Pest Control salesman came to my door and I gave me a sales pitch about for $36 dollars they would spray my yard and after that it would be $36 dollar each visit. I specifically told him I did not want to get involved with a contract and I was told this would not be a contract. Two months letter I get a notice that my payment of $72 dollars was past due.
