Always pleased with the pricing and service I've received at the Fashion Shop.
About four-five months ago, I called to order a lamp with a gift certificate. Each month, I have called and still I do not have the lamp. The last time, we were told the lampshade got damaged in transit and they would call back as they were expecting it in a few days. Each time we have been told something different. I understand the purchase is with a gift certificate, so they aren't making money, but the service (or lack thereof) we've received is not the type of service that will yield customers to return.
