First of all I hardly ever comment but I've been there several times....at there is just one person that doesn't seem to like their job. I gave this person benei fit of the doubt....I know people have off days. Or maybe they just don't like me...its ok just bad business.
Almost 6 weeks and my son still doesn't have his glasses. They ordered the wrong frames for my daughter and hasn't paid a bill to someone so my frames weren't ordered. That place is going down hill since Rosa left. They don't even have the audacity to inform you when something has gone wrong. They messed up my sons lenses had to order another set. I've called for a month after they supposedly ordered him new ones because the first pair he had they shaved them wrong.
Id score lower but that isnt an option... What a joke...2 months and still no glasses??? I sent the first pair back for being crooked, then the next pair and STILL crooked Anna and Dr Molina from Intuition Optical clearly noted glasses were off...new set picked and SUPPOSEDLY sent off promised to be ready yesterday 10/30....guess what STILL NO GLASSES....WTH.....ALAMOGORDO SEEK GLASSES ELSEWHERE AND PLEASE SHARE
Worst customer service once seen in years. They hang up on you numerous times. Gives you a wait time for your kids glasses to come in and you get told the same excuse they gave you last week.
Never had issues and Rosa and Sammie are the best and the other optical girl sorry don't know tour name.lol any how great experience always with them.

Slow to get glasses completed even with basic Rx. Very little if any sincere apologies ... Only excuses. Upside is good prices.
I wish I could give them zero stars. The office manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
