I am not happy with my experience today. I nails are uneven, they have bubbles in them, and the nail tech didn’t even cover the whole nail with the top coat. They were completely empty when I walked in and the manager or lead nail tech didn’t even get out of her chair to talk to me. I feel like they rushed my nails and I am so upset with the way they look.
Holiday greetings. I have always had a great experience with this establishment. Timely and wonderful service. Staff’s suggestions when I am indecisive are very accurate to my needs. I’ve been coming here for 2019-2020 and plan to continue. Bin is amazing and I appreciate his attention to detail. His work is the definition of what a great manicure should be. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. I would recommend over and over. They also take large parties.
