I’ve been going to Fashion Nails and Spa for over 10 years. Love their pedicures and shellac nails. They also wax eyebrows and do a great job.
the worst experience today with them I have been a customer for over a year and had a issue before and let it slide that issue was that a guy worker didn't do guy nails 🤔ok u didn't get to get my nails done that day and today a lady that had no clue tried to do my pedicure and had not a clue where to even start!
I’m not one to ever leave bad reviews, but I went in and had gotten a pedicure. I had told the guy the towels were too hot, and then he scrubbed my skin literally off and the side of my nails were barely painted. The photos below show a 3 day period of how bad my foot has gotten! Also, I got my eyebrows done and the woman was yanking my head around and was being awful fast, and messed up my left eyebrow. My previous experiences here were much better. I’m awful disappointed this time and won’t be back after this.

I had been going here for over a year, now they have a new group of girls here that are rushing through the process. I have had my fingers hurt and last time, the girl filed my nail so thin, I am afraid to get anything done!! to top it all off, the acrylic has popped off my nails in less than two weeks. Looking for somewhere else.

I had amazing experience once again. They done my nails in a timely manor. The young lady also done my nieces nails was so patient with her and even talked with her and made her feel comfortable. The gentleman that done mine was also patient with her why she seat on my lap. She kept trying touch everything and look and he simply took his time and just helped keep her entertained.
