My mother went here this morning to get gel and powder removed. My mother was holding back tears not even 10 minutes in. The women, her name tag said Yen, removing the gel and powder used nail clippers to cut the gel off, mauling my mothers hands. My mother repeatedly said that she was in pain. Yen continued to cut the gel off as my mother held back tears, laughing as she did. They do a wonderful pedicure. So relaxing.
Had the best Pedicure and my worker was amazing.
I was given exactly what I asked for without any attempt to upsell. Communication was fluid, my nails look beautiful. Jade is also very patient LOL
