Great experience with lovely friendly staff and my daughter LOVES her hair!
This salon is wonderful! I have been to Trina and Kari. They both listened very carefully to what my desires were for my hair and both times my color and cut turned out great! When I asked about hair products they were very knowledgeable, but were not pushy. I did buy some products and found them to be really great. I'm so glad to have found this wonderful place!
I have gotten my hair done by Trina for almost 20 years! I love her and the wonderful job she has always done. Now I have her do my daughter's hair as well.
Love the service, the environment, the people, and the prices! Even got 20% off for my 2nd appointment.
Made an appointment, arrived in time, sat down and explained what I wanted (color and trim) and was told "I won't have time to do that". I left with nothing done. Of course no other salon will have an opening in such short notice and today is my only day off. So, I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated. It should go without saying that this experience has made Fashion Hair Design a place that I will never attempt to go back to. I have been going to Fashion Hair Design for years now. Suzanne and Tracy have both done my hair. They both do awesome jobs. I love the friendliness of the shop and won't go any place else. LOVE FHD.
