We worked with Kimo to pick out some new flooring for a house we bought recently. The whole process was great from walking in to placing our order. No pushy sales, plenty of opportunities to browse, and total willingness to answer basic questions from us first-timers. Kimo was very thoughtful and helpful when it came to helping us stay within our square footage budget and showing us materials he knew we could get delivered fast. A great experience all around.

The store has good collection of LVP and the owner Janak was attentive to our requirements and helped me through the selection. Had no issues there. They had to remove the tiles/carpet and then had to install the LVP in my brand new home. The guy who turned up to get this job done did not even have minimum sense to seal down the areas to avoid the dust from tiles to spread. Fashion Floors installed carpet in our master bedroom & wood flooring on our lower level floors. Both installs were excellent! Would definitely recommend them to my friends & would use them again.
