Wonderful classes, nice selection of fabric and patterns, and friendly staff! I'm so glad I bought my Bernina here - I was apprehensive about upgrading to a new, more complicated machine at my age (63); but I was assured they'd be there for me whenever I ran into a problem, or needed instruction. That was seven months ago, and you should see all the things I've made! I'm so glad I decided to purchase my new Bernina at Fashion Fabrics!
I love this store- every visit to Charleston includes a visit to Fashion Fabrics. Cathy works magic with fabric combinations. They also provide quick and great service for my Bernina Sewing Machine. Knowledgeable Tech.
I continue to be amazed at how truly wonderful Cathy and Bill are!! They do not hesitate to go above and beyond for customers whether it be a machine issue, software question or a desperate plea for a specific thread color. So thankful for their support and expertise!!
The service is poor. They will keep your machine for lengths of unknown times, despite being told elsewise. Furthermore, they will charge you fees that Bernina does NOT allow them to charge per Bernina policy. Still, when ordering items the delay is unheard of, at times well over a month. You would be served best to drive elsewhere, despite the long drive.
I was visiting the area with a friend this past week and we decided to visit your shop. Cathy was so helpful and took time to explain the Bernina sewing machines to us. I was so impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile even though we didn't live in the area. Thank you, Cathy, for all your help. You are a gem!!!
Best place for sewing lessons. Really inspiring.
