Ms Cathy was very helpful when helping me choose my dream sewing machine and Ms Aurelia was the sweetest thing on earth! all my questions are always answered and they have a very good selection of qoven fabric. i reccomend this place for your sewing needs!

Love the service I've received since recently discovering this Bernina dealer - Bill got my old-school Bernina humming right along with maintenance/service, and Cathy has ordered a special part I just discovered I really need (ha! note "need" not "want"!). Super people. Like someone else posted, it's probably a good thing I live two hours away, as I'd spend all my money there, too!

I love this place! Cathy took the time to teach me how to use my embroidery machine. She and her staff took their time to make sure I had the correct threads, stabilizers, etc. My only complaint is that I don’t live closer to this shop, which is probably good because I would spend all my money there😃.

Fashion Fabrics took my gifted 20ish year old embroidery machine and repaired it wonderfully. Bill kept me up to date on the process and Cathy (sp?) is wonderful. I was having trouble getting the machine to communicate with my computer and she took the time to help me trouble shoot and resolve the issue. They’ve got a customer for life!
