Cost Effective Fashion Cleaners has the best prices I have found in the Portland Metro Area. They do an excellent job and at a price that makes dry cleaning cost effective.

Burnt my clothes and worst possible job I hate this place. They burnt my clothes and it decreased in size. I will never go to this place or recommend it. They need to learn how to clean clothes.
