This place is fraudulent and extremely rude. I dropped off several pieces of clothing and asked them to please call me before putting a new zipper in one of the items. I requested a quote first so that I can decide if I wanted to proceed. I left 5 messages for the owner to call me. Her employee told me each time that he gave her my messages. This business claims to be a dry cleaners. But the owner does not actually take the clothes to a professional. She takes them home and cleans them at her house and charges for a service that is not provided. None of the services she offers are actually available in house. All alterations are taken to who ever she can find to do them at the cheapest price and then she up charges drastically!!
I still haven't received my pants and it has been over a month. Brought the m in to fix a zipper. They didn't call to update me. I had to call every time. Ended up needing to order a different zipper that held up the process, but I didn't get a call before that happened. Super delayed and unprofessional :/
