Would give 0 stars for the worst customer experience. Looking for a formal dress for an upcoming wedding and as I entered this store I was treated like someone who could not afford a dress. Instead of asking me if I needed assistance, I was told the dress I was looking at was $200. Well, I chose not to bother. I was surprised to experience this pre-judgement in 2025. I'm very pleased with Leslie 's personal assistance in finding the beautiful gown I need for my 50th wedding anniversary . She immediately let me try it on and assisted me all the way through including giving my friends some instructions on how to help me tighten the back.
