I said yes to the dress here! Lesley picked out for me the most STUNNING spot-on dress and veil that matches my look, my size, and my garden venue. Out of all the bridal shops I went to, no one else gave as much care and attention to detail as Lesley. The prices are also very reasonable and the gowns are great quality. I highly recommend to all brides, please come to this store!
My daughter purchased her prom dress from Fashion Bridal, and we had a wonderful experience. Lesley was warm, professional, and very experienced. She gave us helpful advice, patiently answered all our questions, and helped my daughter find the perfect dress. The alterations were completed beautifully and much faster than we expected. Bad experience, ruined a bridesmaid dress. My Girlfriend came here from a recommendation alterations. Went for the fitting to note what needs to be done and left paying a deposit. That’s when the good experience ended. Got a call later to advise that due to delay in getting a colour match thread, alteration would be delayed one week. The worst customer service. I went there on a friends recommendation. She promised to have dresses ready for me. I show up and she had nothing ready for me. She shows me a dress on her phone that fits my criteria, proceeded to look for it for all of 2 minutes and then told me “it’s here but I cannot find it. When we asked if we could look through the racks she said “no you won’t find anything”. I walked out in frustration because we had talked about this on FaceTime and she seemed helpful. Overall terrible experience
I had a wonderful experience with Lesley. She was kind and gracious in how she helped me pick my wedding dress. I am honored to be wearing one of her pieces on my big day. Can’t thank her enough. 10/10
