I’ve seen Jessica several times and it has been a game changer. I had gone to physical therapy for muscle tightness that was impacting my nerves and saw her after I finished up with PT. I’ve been seeing Jessica for fascial release therapy, and she’s absolutely incredible. She’s extremely detail-oriented and has a deep understanding of how the body works, especially the fascial connections that impact overall movement and tension. Her sessions have helped me relieve tightness throughout my entire body, and I always leave feeling more balanced and mobile. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for lasting relief and true body awareness.
Where do I even start… I’ve been seeing Jessica consistently for about two months now regarding my chronic sitting pain and she is literally the only person that just gets it. My turn has not come yet as a patient but, as an observer accompanying my husband for FT, I’ve been very impressed by Jessica’s performance. She’s an outstanding therapist, knowledgeable, experienced, optimistic and a wonderful person. The place is immaculate, relaxing and I am happy to give a FIVE star plus to the Fascia Therapy Center.
