Dr. Aziz is so kind, patient, and thorough. I never wait for an appointment, the office is spotlessly clean, everyone who works there is nice, and I have always had wonderful experiences.
Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Between the trash of a call center they use as a 3rd party or Dr AZIZ never getting back to you until you call NUMEROUS times for your blood result couple weeks after it was done. Says she’ll call you back then never does and when you call she always had to leave for an emergency and nobody will give you results unless you schedule another appointment and pay another copayment just for results. Find a different doctor or office it’s not worth it.
I have Dr. Aziz as a physician. I am currently on asthma medication that needs to be refilled every 30 days.It generic but insurance company asks for prior authorization every other refill. Pharmacy asked my doctor for authorization on a saturday. Here I am one week later, no prior authorization no asthma medicine.Ran out Monday. Pharmacist can't fill the script until the doctor gives prior authorization.I called the Dr. Office several times in the last week. They're either closed or you can't get a human on the phone.
