You guys are AMAZING, my Fianc'e came in to repair my ring that we bought some where else. A diamond fell out, I was very upset. They were so kind and helped us out by being gentle with my ring and when I picked up my ring it was more gorgeous than before. I always love going in and looking, dreaming of my next purchase while they clean my ring. Thank you again.
Farr's is so wonderful. They are so happy to help, ready to answer questions and will take as much time as you need to get you the help you are looking for. They are so amazing that they dropped my family off a Christmas gift to our home. I have never witnessed a store do this before. If you are looking for a store that treats you like family, this is the place!! I love Farr's!!!

Just picked up my very first DSLR from them the other day. They spent lots of time with me talking about the different models and helping me understand what I was even looking at. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I had to go back the next day to ask a question about a setting and Mike was more then happy to help.
