0 star if I could. I drove an hour there from Johnson city after having spoke to an Eric via text. We discussed what I expected from my trade as well as what was my hopeful goal for a purchase of a car. I was told Eric spoke with the sales manager who stated he could get pretty close to where I needed to be. So we set an appt for 4 days later. I arrive and they offer me $5000 less than what I was originally told they "could get close to". I have since asked for the managers name to no response. Absolutely do not work with th... read more
