Farris did a great job on my major repair on my Transit cam phaser job. Danial was awesome and very informative. Truck is running great. My only issue was it took longer than I hoped for. But it was part of the process.five stars guys!!!

I brought my vehicle to Farris to replace the alternator. They missed their promised completion date. Five miles after pickup, my engine severely overheated, forcing me to tow it to a local shop. The secondary mechanic informed me that Farris disturbed the cooling system during the alternator repair, leaving air in the system or failing to replenish the coolant or possibly both. In the end Farris replaced the battery, alternator and did a diagnostic check for $2,000, just to not do the coolant system right.
