I’m usually on edge at my son’s dentist appointments. My son got let go from another dentist office due to him not cooperating while his cleaning. My son says it’s because they were hurting him. Moving forward, I found this dentist office and I will say I am more than happy with! This is our third appointment with them. They are so kind and patient. My son gave them no problems and he says “they did not hurt me”! IKEA is amazing! She took care of my son and she had my son smiling while leaving! The staff is so sweet also.
I’ve been coming to Farrey Family Dentistry for a while now and have had several visits with Dr. Hamad. He is very kind, understanding, and always takes the time to explain my treatment plan clearly. He’s honestly the main reason I’ve continued coming to this office. At my most recent visit, Bri (the student who did my cleaning) was also very kind and welcoming, and I appreciated how comfortable she made me feel. From my 1st visit which was a consultation to my now 5th visit my experience with farrey has been good. From my extractions to my fillings. I've only met kind, patient, knowledgeable staff. I drive almost an hour to be seen by them because that's how good they are. Being new to the area I'm glad I found a great dentist office.
My visit was amazing , I'm currently pregnant and they we're very helpful and patient with me. They we're able to tend to all my needs today and I'm very thankful to have come across them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
The level of customer service provided by Ms. Shatyra at the front desk is top tier. The two times that I've been there, her customer service remained professional, empathetic and genuine. She needs to teach a class!
