Service was horrible, the young kids employed there need to work on personality to fit in with the place. Brea location by far is much better. Won’t be going back - the ice cream was good but not worth the long wait although it wasn’t busy😔👎🏼
Bring the original menu like all the other Farrell's have.
I had to visit. They shut down the one in El Paso, TX when I was little. The service was bad at the start, but overall is was a good evening. Thanks for bringing back memories!
Its a fun place. It makes an outing for a child more memorable and special. Birthday songs are unique. I wished it was my birthday until I saw a birthday girl do the macarena with the staff. lol.
It was disappointing. My niece used to work at this place about 3 years ago and it was a lot of fun especially when celebrating birthdays. This time it was dead and hardly anyone comes here anymore. The food wasn’t that great either and some of the desserts are no longer on the menu. What happened to Farrell’s? We’re from Alaska and always looking forward to a Farrell’s treat but I guess we need to find a new vendor�
