I can't say enough about this amazing place. I love the 10 weeks, plus all the fun that comes along with it. I have been to many gyms but could never go 6 days a week. Farrells allows so many times, and their break down of protocol keeps your body, and mind constantly guessing. They have more then a handful of trainers so no trainer ever comes or looks worn out from their job, they are full of energy and truly happy to be there.
Truly the best shape I’ve been in; in my entire life. The 5am crew is such an amazing, supportive, and motivating group of people. The coaches create an environment that pushes you to improve while still making it fun and welcoming. Showing up early every morning has become one of the best parts of my day. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.
