I don’t normally write reviews, but Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping in Waukee has been an excellent experience. The combination of kickboxing and strength training is structured, challenging, and still doable if you’re not a lifelong gym person. Coaches pay attention to form, push you, and the group keeps you accountable. What stands out most is their willingness to help you reach your goals. 5th month in at Farrell’s Waukee. Amazing support from all coaches and instructors. Started with the 10 week challenge and I’m still going. Incredible results!!!!!

It’s been a great experience! Instructions have been very positive, encouraging and challenging. I love the flexibility in the workout schedule. It allows me to workout when it convenient for me.
