As a 5-6 visits a week (Yelm Store) customer with over 10,000 reward points earned in the last 3 months, I would like to express my disappointment with your switch from the county's #1 Craft beer, Blue Moon, to the cheaper alternative of Shock Top. I understand the need to control costs, but this switch to far inferior beer has alienated me, my staff, and many of my freinds who expect a premium experience when we visit Farrelli's. I love this place the pizza is excellent and all servers are superfriendly i always come back thanks farrelli's
May very well be the best pizza around and the servers at the Lacey store are fantastic. Unfortunately, management leaves little to be desired as dishonesty is not acceptable. I would give 5 stars for the pizza but my experience far outweighs any positive rating I can provide.
