Had a leak develop in the laundry room ceiling as well as leak in garage ceiling. Actual billing came in roughly 1/2 of estimate. Replaced roof vent for dryer. Took about an hour plus the cost of the vent. Found where initial installation of metal roof along garage roof line (hip) was missing flashing, which was really not even considered an issue when calculating the estimate.
