We had our roof seriously damaged by Hurricane Milton. After a major struggle with getting our insurance company to cover the damage we contracted with Farrell to replace the roof. We worked with Roy, he is a great guy. The crew came the exact date they said they’d come and they stripped off the old roof and replaced it with the Owens Corning Duration single system and it turned out perfectly. Got an estimate from Dustin at Farrell to replace the approximately 1800 screws on my metal roof. Dustin recommended larger and longer screws and I agreed. The price was lower than the other quotes. The best part of the process was the installer, Derrick. He removed the old rusty screws, making sure none were lost on the ground. Derrick, working all day and by himself, also made sure they were seams on the ridge cap and vents were properly sealed with titebond and everything was cleaned up. Hi folks. Quick review of Farrell Roofing. I had a slight problem with a leak in my roof. Filled out the online form for an estimate on a Sunday and they called back 1st thing Monday morning and scheduled an appointment. Roy Shortt, the technician came out, assessed the issue and knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed the issue and all was good with the roof! Your company did work on my neighbors home but I guess the clean up process isn’t apart of the job because you left every piece of material you could imagine scattered throughout in my yard from shingles, underlayment, cut metal, plastic, pieces of sheathing and nails. Do better.
They came out to estimate a leak and said I had plywood damage that needed replacement. When I called to schedule, they didn’t know who I was and asked me what I needed done. After I read the words on their own estimate, I scheduled the repair. They never came out. Later I called a different company, who said there was no plywood damage.
