Hi there. You did some repairs for me several months ago and I've had you out here twice now as I + still have the leaks that caused the damage I hired you to repair. Can you please stop by and see if we can get this resolved once and for all? Update: Owner Steve called me after I left a message and sent a tech out right away. They went over everything with a fine tooth comb and hopefully it’s resolved! Alicia from the office called the next day to check in but it hasn’t rained so I told her I would keep an eye on it.
